RTF is a practical technology programme that helps participants move from awareness to skills, skills to projects, and projects to opportunities. It begins with a large-scale summit and continues into an intensive four-week fellowship for selected participants.

You don't need to already be a tech expert to start. You need the right exposure, practical skills and a path forward.
From a public summit that reaches thousands, into a focused cohort, and onward into real opportunities. This is the whole programme at a glance.
Cohort 1 is the first intensive fellowship under the RTF programme, and the heart of everything RTF does.
After the summit, interested participants apply to join Cohort 1. We select 30 fellows to start, with room to grow to 50 depending on capacity. Fellows learn, practise, build and get feedback throughout the four weeks, guided by mentors and practitioners from the technology ecosystem.
