What is RTF

From awareness, to skills, to opportunity

RTF is a practical technology programme that helps participants move from awareness to skills, skills to projects, and projects to opportunities. It begins with a large-scale summit and continues into an intensive four-week fellowship for selected participants.

Discover

Understand AI, digital technology and the opportunities opening up.

01

Learn

Develop practical digital skills you can use straight away.

02

Build

Work on real projects and demonstrate what you can do.

03

Connect

Meet mentors, communities and opportunities that take you further.

04
Why RTF

Interest is common. Access is not.

Technology is changing how people learn, work, build businesses and create opportunities. AI is becoming part of everyday work and education, and digital skills matter across almost every sector. But many people still do not know where to begin.

  • What opportunities exist
  • Which digital skills to learn
  • How to use AI effectively
  • Where to start
  • How to turn skills into experience
  • Where to find the next opportunity

You don't need to already be a tech expert to start. You need the right exposure, practical skills and a path forward.

The RTF journey

Eight steps, one pathway

From a public summit that reaches thousands, into a focused cohort, and onward into real opportunities. This is the whole programme at a glance.

RTF Cohort 1

Four weeks to learn, build and discover what's next

Cohort 1 is the first intensive fellowship under the RTF programme, and the heart of everything RTF does.

The core programme

A focused, hands-on cohort

After the summit, interested participants apply to join Cohort 1. We select 30 fellows to start, with room to grow to 50 depending on capacity. Fellows learn, practise, build and get feedback throughout the four weeks, guided by mentors and practitioners from the technology ecosystem.
